We will produce and publish short video clips of the job and of you speaking to the camera soon after the job has been completed. These will be published online and on other media, after which time it would be impossible to fully delete them from circulation if you later change your mind.

Of course you may not wish to appear in a promotional video, in which case we would be pleased to offer you our excellent and competitive unvented and thermal store hot water cylinder services at our standard rates.

This offer is temporary and may be withdrawn at any time. Once an appointment has been made we will do our best to fulfil it, but we do not guarantee that we will be able to do this. Appointments may be cancelled at short notice, if other business commitments demand.

• Requests for free services, must be made via the webform on this page. We will not accept requests for Zero Cost Labour Jobs, by telephone, email or other means.
• The people using our Zero Cost Labour service must produce an official ID card to prove they are employed in the following selected services: Nurses, Doctors, NHS Staff, Police, Teachers, Ambulance Drivers, First Responders, Firefighters and Other Emergency Workers.
• We will only offer one free job per month. Once that free slot has been taken, we will offer the next available free appointment. If an immediate appointment is required, you may opt for a paid appointment.
• Once the free appointment for a month has been taken, no more free appointments will be offered on that month. We will not offer discounts on any work done on a standard paid appointment.
• Other business commitments may result in no Zero Cost Labour jobs being offered or completed on any business day
• Appointments will be made during our normal working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• The offer does not apply to out of hours work.
• Requests for service must be made 48 hours in advance.
• We will only offer the labour aspect of the job free of charge. The client will pay our standard charges for parts and materials. Clients will be charged VAT at the standard rate.
• The offer is limited to one job per address only. Where new parts are required, the Zero Cost Labour offer will apply to the installation of one part only.
• A job is defined as a call-out, a call-out and work done at the time as the call out or an annual service.
• We are only offering this service in Manchester and surrounding areas. Some Greater Manchester postcodes are excluded.
• By making an application on this page and by adding your name to the Video Release Form clients agree to be bound by the Conditions or Free Service and by the Conditions of the Video Release Form
• The client agrees to appear in a short promotional video, which will be shot by the engineer on the day of the appointment on the client’s premises. In some instances there will be more than one person on site creating the video. This video will include footage of the job being done at the client’s premises and the part replaced, the clients first name and geographic area, (but not address), employment e.g. nurse etc, and will feature the client looking into the camera and saying the words ‘EasyFlow were there for me’.
• The client then agrees for that video and references to it, and images from it to be freely used on the EasyFlow website, the internet, in print, in marketing and promotional messages and on social media and in other media.
• The client agrees to create and publish a review of our services on the easyflow.co.uk website and at least two other sites which will include social media and business review sites.
• EasyFlow will have the final decision on whether or not to accept a person’s status as an approved category worker for the purposes of this promotion and whether or not we accept the job on a the basis of a Zero Cost Labour Charge.
• This Zero Cost Labour Service offer is temporary and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Once an appointment has been made we will do our best to fulfil it, but we do not guarantee that we will be able to do this.
• Appointments may be cancelled at short notice, if other business commitments demand.
• This offer is also subject to our Terms of Supply, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and Video Release Form.
