We also specialise in servicing, repairing and maintaining obsolete or discontinued hot water heaters. In addition we are registered and G3 approved to work on pressured hot water systems.

Our knowledge in this area allows us to offer a Call Out and Repair Service, an Annual Service Register and most importantly a Maintenance Plan. The Maintenance Plan offers a service which incorporates Call Outs, Parts and Labour for any repairs deemed necessary and an Annual Service. This then provides total peace of mind for our clients.

Membership of professional bodies

All of our unvented water heater engineers are G3 registered. We will also use electricians that are members of government approved ‘Part P’ schemes such as NAPIT and NICEIC. All gas fitters booked to undertake gas work will be listed on the government Gas Safe Register.

Country and Town Maintenance will employ sub-contracted labour. We do this to ensure that we are able to provide the tradesperson with the right qualifications and experience to work for you and of course to keep our costs down.

We will guarantee the work we undertake for you for a period of 12 months. Manufacturers often offer a 12 month warranty on parts; this will be passed on to you. Services are provided in accordance with our Terms of Supply. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order and print a copy of these terms for future reference.
